This document sets out the legal contractual relationship as you commit to Artsmark. This is a legal document and you should ensure that you fully understand your responsibilities before submitting your Statement of Commitment and thereby committing to Artsmark.
This document was updated in September 2024 to reflect the following key changes:
- the Statement of Impact submission link will now be sent six months before the submission deadline – this is the earliest that your Statement of Impact can be submitted for assessment
- we have clarified that if schools show no engagement with the Artsmark programme after two years, we will be able to make these settings inactive from the programme
- we’ve also made it clearer that the Artsmark fee payment should be made before signing up for Module 2 - Making Change
